We quoted this project in early 2019 but we were not selected because of price. The home owner wanted to save money opting for a contractor known to the family who had offered “a deal”. Sadly a year later we received a call asking us to meet with them since none of the work completed would pass inspections.
We did our best to keep the cost down however all items plumbing, electrical, HVAC and framing needed to be completely re-done. The home owners were beside themselves thinking perhaps they should sell they’re dream home since they only had so much time and funds.
We did it! Within seven months they had moved in. They are ecstatic!
