What I noticed from friends going through the same thing, is that the duo team that is Michelle & Albert, are able to support you through the whole process. Where I had friends running around the city trying to locate tiles and window options, Michelle/Albert have trusted sub-contractors and support you in the decision making process. This was immensely helpful as we were working full-time throughout the build. We were able to view some of their projects before starting ours and it helped with seeing their quality of work/ideas before we did ours. I highly recommend Albert, Michelle and their crew! We undertook a major renovation in 2023, our... dated bungalow was transformed into a modern 2 storey home. The results of the renovation exceeded our expectations; Albert and Michelle’s experience, attention to detail, and communicative style were such assets through the entire project. We are so pleased with the work that AM Pro did. Initially we were set to work with Alair Home but... after a rough start we decided to switch contractors and we are so grateful we did!Albert keeps it real and Michelle is so sweet and thoughful. Together they make a great team to work with.The second floor addition on our bungalow exceeded our expectations. We stayed on budget and moved in just slightly over the expected date. Michelle and Albert built our home and we LOVE it.Michelle and Albert came in half way through our... project and took it from a frame to a home. They delivered on time, and were always open and transparent. They provided helpful suggestions to guide us through the finishing process, and made excellent suggestions on how to optimize the layout of the house. Their trades were respectful, clean and efficient. The after care service has also been amazing. We have lived in the home for six months now and Michelle and Albert are always just a phone call away if minor things need remedying. We are eternally grateful to A.M. We love our new home! We lived in a 1000 square foot bungalow in Etobicoke, and we hired Michelle... and Albert to gut the main floor and add a second story and a garage. Our project was on time (approx 7 months) and on budget, which were our main concerns when choosing our contractor. Considering the challenges that AM faced (such as pandemic related labour and material shortages) they were still able to achieve this impressive timeframe! From framing to finishes, all the trades were wonderful to work with, and the quality / craftsmanship of the work exceeded our expectations. Both Albert and Michelle always strived to make us happy, because they really care about what their clients want. We are now so proud of our home; we would certainly recommend A.M. From the very beginning of the process with Michelle and Albert, it was clear to us that they... genuinely cared about us as people (not just clients), and they cared about their projects. They took the time to learn about the issues with our property, our immediate needs, growing needs and our 'dream-home' wish list. They presented us with a variety of ideas and options and helped us focus in on a design that ticked as many boxes as possible. Throughout the process they answered our questions, guided us with decision making and demonstrated some really creative problem solving (like tunneling through our garage to access the back of the property).The end result maximized the uniqueness of our property, increased the usability of our yard, gave us peace of mind and ultimately transformed our day-to-day living. If you are considering renovating your home, working with Michelle and Albert is the best choice... you can make! When we first made the decision to do a major renovation on our home, we contacted multiple companies but after meeting with Michelle and hearing their inclusive plan and competitive pricing, we knew that AM Pro was the best company for us to move forward with. Unlike the other companies that we met with, AM Pro took care of everything we needed, including architectural drawings and submitting the necessary permits. Michelle was there every step of the way to help design our new home and Albert worked closely with the various workers to execute our plan. Our contract laid out a clear payment plan which made it easy to budget throughout the building process. At first, we were nervous about renovating during COVID-19 and having to choose finishes with many store closures and reduced in person meetings. Michelle was able to help us choose all of our finishes in person and online and we had a group chat for constant communication. Our project was finished on time which is pretty miraculous considering it was done during a pandemic with so many supply shortages. We could not be more thrilled and cannot believe it is the same house. Michelle and Albert are so knowledgeable, detail oriented and will do an amazing job on any project but more importantly, they are kind and truly care about their clients. In my phone conversation with Albert he walked me through considerations for choosing the right contractor and followed up with a detailed contract I could use. We recently did a second floor addition and main floor gut of our home with AM pro. Albert and... Michelle made the renovation so easy and stress free and we are absolutely thrilled with our new home.Albert and Michelle stayed on budget and on time, even despite the co vid pandemic we finished our renovation 2 weeks early!Albert and Michelle are both incredibly attentive to details. They work very hard and expect the best of all their tradespeople. Every aspect of our house was thought out and they made sure to help us create a home where we can live and enjoy watching our children grow up.Any time something unexpected would come up they were on it. They return calls promptly and would have someone at the house the next day to fix whatever needed fixing. They also stand by their work and so, even when an issue arose after we were already moved in, they were quick to send someone out to fix it.Not only are Albert and Michelle good workers, they are also good people. They understand how stressful renovating can be and were kind and empathetic and worked the whole time to make the experience as stress free as possible for us.I would highly recommend AMPro builders for all your renovation and general contractor needs. We contracted AM Pro (Albert & Michelle) to remodel our home. Ours is an old 100+ yr property so... remodelling and building an extension around an old foundation was not easy. The AM Pro team did a good job of following the design and making recommendations along the way to build out exactly the way we wanted. Overall we are very pleased with the end result and would recommend AM Pro for any construction project. Both Albert and Michelle were very professional and easy to work with.I'd like to add, they provide excellent service as well. We had a gas issue over the weekend and both Michelle and Albert stopped by to make sure it was not the appliances or the lines installed in the house. Helped eliminate all possible causes. It turned out to be an issue with the gas company installed meter and regulator. Thank you both!read more

We hired AM Pro Builders for a total renovation of our main floor which included: changing the... floor plan, removing two load bearing walls, raising a sunken living room, new flooring and ceiling throughout and a brand new kitchen. There was good communication throughout the project from demolition, construction, choosing finishes and addressing deficiencies. The project was completed on time and with attention to detail and have recommended them to family and friends. We were very happy with A.M. Pro Builders.read more

We worked with Albert and Michelle to renovate our semi in Riverdale in June - December 2018. We... have 2 young children and we had to live in apartment during the renovation, where we gutted the main and basement and put on a 2 story + basement addition.
