The first time we met with the client they hired us on the spot.

They had met with six other builder/renovators and never found the right “fit”.

This was not a typical project for us.  We were asked to design and build a two story rear unit for “mom” and a three story unit in the front of the house for her daughter, son-in-law and new grand-daughter.

They were very excited about this project and loved the entire process.  Though it was a challenging build, we really enjoyed working with them to create two wonderful homes in one.  Be sure to view the video!
