We were brought into this project late in the day. The home owners had met with several renovator/builders and were not satisfied with either the “fit” or especially the budget numbers that they had obtained. Several quotations were extremely unreasonable.
We quickly came to an agreement and were hired. This project suffered several cost over runs due to the rising material costs during the Pandemic however, we did not increase our contract price.
This was a bungalow that instantly became too small with the news of a third child on the way. We built a second floor with three bedrooms for the children, the fourth bedroom was a master suite with a large walk-in closet and ensuite bath. We also added a small second floor office. The main floor was completely re-designed and fully renovated.
